Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing, year-round financial services.

This role emphasizes community presence, local growth, and high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and drive growth.
• Connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
• Engage with clients via in-person meetings and Intuit video tools to address tax questions and challenges.
