Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while becoming a trusted advisor for clients. As part of a collaborative team, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, attend community events, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end financial solutions.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for clients.
• Act as a community ambassador and grow the local client base.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and analyze tax needs.
• Engage in local events and marketing activities to build brand presence.
