Job summary

Kingston Property Management in the Greater Lexington Area is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing process on-site. You will greet prospects, conduct property inspections, answer inquiries, and explain lease terms and community policies.

You will prepare and process lease documents, maintain accurate records, coordinate move-ins, support resident retention, respond to concerns, and collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams to keep occupancy high.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience to build positive relationships.
• Experience with leases and lease administration to manage leasing files and compliance.
• Excellent communication to interact with residents, prospects, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail, basic computer proficiency with property management or CRM software, and strong organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in residential property management or leasing is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business/real estate is a plus.
• On-site work in the Greater Lexington Area, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
