Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, sign leases, and perform required paperwork with accuracy.

Regular onsite attendance, knowledge of on-site software, and strong customer service are essential. You will help maintain market data, respond to leads within 24 hours, and support retention initiatives to keep residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing paperwork before move-in and maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data.
• Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours and support marketing and retention initiatives.
