Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC, a full-service property management company, is seeking a Leasing Professional for an on-site role in Connecticut. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewals to meet occupancy and revenue goals, while delivering excellent resident service throughout the lease term.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in property management, sales, or customer service, a polished appearance, and can work weekends.

Qualifications

• On-site five days a week; not remote or hybrid.
• One or more years of experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• Must be able to walk the property, including stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads via text, email, and phone to lease to prospects.
• Tour and show the property, highlighting amenities and benefits.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs with onsite staff and residents.
• Provide ongoing customer service to residents post-move-in.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain records per policy.
