Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show units, qualify applicants, tour the community, and sign leases while handling paperwork and follow-ups.

Role requires on-site software proficiency, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. The team emphasizes excellent customer service and collaboration to hit leasing targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge.
• OSHA requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours and follow-ups.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and assist with audits, walkthroughs, and turnover.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and market surveys to drive property traffic and leasing goals.
