Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage advertising, promotions, and resident relations at an on-site property.

You will help market the property, screen applicants, and coordinate leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals. Under supervision of the Community Manager, you will handle move-ins, renewals, and customer service while maintaining strong relationships with residents and applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree or NALP preferred.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in customer service, leasing, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Assist with development and implementation of resident services and promotions.
• Enter and track service requests and unit turns in maintenance software.
• Screen and select prospective residents in line with program laws and criteria.
• Prepare market surveys and traffic reports; manage lease renewals.
• Handle late rent collections and move-in/move-out processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet residents professionally.
