Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for an on-site, split-position at two locations. The role focuses on greeting prospects, presenting property features, guiding tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will support resident relations, renewals, and community events while maintaining high occupancy and excellent customer service commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing; experience with Low-Income housing preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (training within 90 days may be required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi or OneSite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and guide them through tours of available apartments.
• Present features and benefits, including floor plans and amenities.
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards and guidelines.
• Maintain market knowledge and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Perform outreach marketing and participate in resident events.
• Promote outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with resident communication, renewals, notices, and satisfaction efforts.
• Document interactions using proper logging procedures.
• Support daily administrative tasks and reporting.
