You will convert leads, conduct informative tours, manage leasing metrics, and coordinate with the property management team while mentoring Leasing Associates and upholding SERHANT.'s standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site leasing experience in Hoboken/NYC metro.
• CRM and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease-up of 308-home building and maximize PSF and timely occupancy.
• Convert leads to showings and organize events.
• Conduct informative apartment tours resulting in leases.
• Deliver leasing and marketing reports to the developer.
• Lead weekly meetings on sales/leasing activity and market overview.
• Coordinate move-ins with property management.
