Upward On is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for an on-site role at a Class A luxury portfolio in New York City. You will lead leasing and marketing efforts to drive property performance and maintain strong resident relations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of on-site leasing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management tools. A NY Real Estate Salesperson license is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of leasing/property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with property management and leasing software preferred.
• Able to learn new systems and work independently.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Mansioni

• Lead leasing team to manage marketing, leasing, reputation management, and resident relations.
• Meet with prospective residents, show homes, quote rents, and follow up.
• Monitor occupancy and strategize to meet budgeted goals.
• Oversee negotiations and review offers with Leasing Director as needed.
• Oversee lease packages and verification for the team.
