Job summary

MSB Resources, LLC in Morris County, NJ, seeks an energetic Senior Leasing Consultant / Senior Leasing Supervisor to lead leasing operations at a 200+ unit apartment community. Onsite role requiring 3–5+ years of multifamily leasing experience; New Jersey real estate license required (up to 90 days to obtain).

Ideal candidate has strong sales and people skills, is hands-on, and willing to mentor staff. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred; join a stable family-owned company with growth

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multifamily apartment leasing experience.
• New Jersey real estate license required; eligible candidates may obtain within 90 days.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or other property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone, email, and online leads, schedule tours, and convert prospects into leases.
• Conduct engaging apartment tours highlighting community amenities, apartment features, and value.
• Drive leasing activity, achieve occupancy goals, and maintain strong closing ratios.
• Guide applicants through applications, screening, lease execution, and move-in coordination in compliance with Fair Housing requirements.
• Mentor and train leasing consultants and support leasing office operations.
