• Set leasing and pricing strategy for the property.
• Negotiate and close new and renewal leases.
• Complete applications and lease/renewal documents; read and interpret credit reports.
• Manage electronic leasing process via On-Site.
• Assist resident management with resident relations; resolve issues and complaints.
• Coordinate vacancy turnover and work with resident manager.
• Oversee tenant communications and requests (Building Link).
• Maintain leasing reports and market surveys.
• Maintain relationships with brokers.
• Analyze market trends and knowledge of competitive buildings.
