Job summary

The Domain Companies is seeking a dynamic On-Site Leasing Manager to lead the leasing operation at one of our premier properties. You will recruit, train, and coach leasing specialists to deliver an exceptional resident experience from first contact through lease execution.

You will deploy targeted occupancy strategies, collaborate with marketing, monitor market trends, negotiate leases, and maintain tenant relationships while ensuring compliance and timely turnover.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in New York or willingness to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years on-site leasing/management experience.
• Prior lease-up experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with leasing software (Yardi Rent Café preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Establish leasing targets and monitor progress.
• Oversee the leasing team with training and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective campaigns.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitor analysis, and pricing.
• Negotiate and finalize leases ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and address concerns.
• Coordinate with property managers for turnover and readiness.
• Maintain a database of prospective tenants and leasing activity.
• Provide regular reports on leasing performance, trends, and forecasts.
• Stay updated on local/state leasing laws.
• Attend industry events to expand professional network.
