Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to join our Fort Worth property on-site. You will handle leasing, marketing and resident relations, including tours, applications, deposits and move-ins, while maintaining an active social media presence for the property.

Ideal candidates have experience in leasing and resident services, proficiency with MS Office and property management software, and a commitment to Fair Housing practices. Flexible hours and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or resident relations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close leases; prepare move-ins and obtain signatures.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions and issues to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Close sales through appointments, tours, showrooms and follow-up.
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service responses.
• Attend goal-setting meetings and support after-hours events as needed.
