Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations at our Fort Meade area community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and close leases, while upholding Fair Housing standards and company procedures.

You will manage tours, deposits, and move-in paperwork, support social media outreach, and collaborate with maintenance to address resident needs to achieve retention goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training
• Familiarity with property management software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing, marketing and maintain positive resident relations
• Show apartments and close the sale, prepare move-ins and paperwork
• Assist prospects with applications and deposits, and coordinate tours
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility
• Respond promptly to complaints and service requests to ensure retention
