RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a Fort Worth property. You will sign leases, greet prospects, coordinate tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent or related experience, with on-site work and a flexible schedule including weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is essential, along with a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Qualify prospects and assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
