Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations on-site in Fort Lauderdale. You will handle tours, applications, and move-in paperwork while maintaining a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, processing applications with credit checks, and coordinating with the Community Manager. A flexible schedule including weekends is required; MS Office and property management software proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office, Property Management Software

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
• Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards in our Lead Management Software; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing
• Keep an updated availability report, process applications with credit checks and rental history verification, then submit them for processing
• Community Manager approval and follow up with applicants on their status
• Show apartments and close sale, prepare them for move-ins, obtain signatures on paperwork, and provide community orientation
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence for the property to enhance visibility and engagement
• Promote resident satisfaction by promptly responding to complaints and requests and resolving service issues
• Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including scheduling, lead generation, tours, showrooms, and follow-up

Education
