Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Youngsville, NC plant to lead manufacturing operations and optimize performance across product lines. The role requires coordinating staffing, supervising teams, and driving continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.

The successful candidate will guide employees, implement lean practices, and collaborate with the CPDI Operations Team to achieve plant objectives while supporting a secure, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 5 years’ experience in direct leadership in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing Operations or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for production employees in assigned area.
• Participate in employment, staffing and performance management decisions, and maintain departmental personnel records and reports on productivity, quality, and attendance.
• Provide coaching, motivation, and counseling to employees to encourage optimum performance and continued skill development.
• Drive plantwide Continuous Improvement initiatives stemming from YPO Key Projects and others as deemed by the Plant Managers.
