Job summary

Eaton's Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Raleigh, NC site. This role is onsite, 2nd shift, with Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-11:00pm and Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm hours. Relocation assistance is available if needed.

The incumbent will supervise production staff, coordinate schedules, and drive plantwide lean initiatives to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. Salary ranges up to $126,000 annually depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 5+ years of supervisor experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing Operations or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
• Willingness to work 2nd Shift: Mon-Thu 2:30pm-11:00pm and Fri 1:00pm-9:30pm.
• Willingness to relocate to Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for production employees in the assigned area.
• Develop and implement schedules and manpower to meet production plans.
• Plan and prioritize production schedules based on customer delivery dates, efficiencies and material supplies.
• Drive lean continuous improvement initiatives and safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Communicate policies and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
