Job summary

Eaton's Critical Power Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead production teams and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate staffing, monitor performance, and coach staff to meet safety, quality and delivery goals.

The role requires supervising manufacturing operations, implementing Lean practices, and collaborating across departments to optimize plant performance. Relocation assistance is available for this onsite position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma with at least 5 years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing Operations or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
• Willing to work 2nd Shift (Mon-Thu 2:30pm-11:00pm, Fri 1:00pm-9:30pm) and relocate to Raleigh, NC.
• Relocation assistance will be provided; no immigration sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for production employees in assigned area.
• Plan and manage staffing, schedules, and performance records.
• Coach, motivate, and counsel employees to improve performance.
• Drive plant-wide Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives and safety culture.
• Maintain shift and plant schedules, and ensure delivery against plan.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet quality and productivity targets.
