Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions in Raleigh is seeking a Production Supervisor for the onsite 2nd shift to plan, coordinate, supervise and motivate the team across product lines. You will guide performance, safety, quality and efficiency to meet plant goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, Lean initiative experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and staffing. Relocation assistance is available for this Raleigh position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus supervisory experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and safety-focused practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for production employees in assigned area.
• Maintain personnel records and report on productivity, quality and attendance.
• Coach and counsel employees to encourage optimal performance.
• Drive plantwide Continuous Improvement initiatives and Lean projects.
• Develop and manage schedules and manpower to meet production plans.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet delivery and quality targets.
