Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with expected May 2027 graduation.
• 3+ months internship or co-op in engineering/manufacturing engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean manufacturing concepts and value stream mapping across operations.
• Assess current and future state processes and ensure safety and repeatability.
• Recommend changes to improve productivity and lean flow; document work instructions.
• Lead capital improvement projects for equipment, facilities, and start-ups.
• Drive continuous improvement on the shop floor with quality and cost focus.
• Manage multiple projects and support multiple product lines.
• Foster Eaton values and teamwork to promote improvement.
