Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with ≥5 years as a supervisor in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations or Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for production employees in assigned area.
• Participate in staffing, performance management and records.
• Coach and motivate employees to improve performance and skills.
• Drive plantwide Continuous Improvement initiatives from Focus Factory and Plant Managers.
• Develop and implement schedules and manpower to meet production plan.
• Plan and prioritize department and plant schedules based on delivery dates and materials.
• Monitor productivity to maintain or exceed quality and output.
• Communicate policies and guidelines; collaborate with other departments to expedite workflow.
