Job summary

Ironcore Construction is seeking a Multifamily Construction Superintendent in California to lead on-site activities, drive schedules, and coordinate teams. You will partner with executives, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality multifamily communities with safety as a core value.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and proactive problem solving to ensure projects meet budgets, timelines, and code compliance across California

Qualifications

• Experience leading multifamily construction projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, quality and safety.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Drive the project schedule and identify and resolve delays.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Ensure work conforms to plans and applicable codes.
• Conduct daily site inspections focused on safety and quality.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and safety briefings.
• Maintain accurate logs, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs and support budget controls.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and junior crew.
