Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management for multifamily construction projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and change control.
• Drive schedules and identify risks to milestones.
• Lead weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and communicate status.
