Job summary

Ironcore Construction is seeking a Multifamily Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of multifamily projects in California. You will work with executives, superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive budget, schedule, and quality for successful outcomes.

The role requires ownership and proactive problem-solving, with a focus on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of construction project management experience, multifamily preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong understanding of multifamily construction methods, sequencing, and project delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong financial and project-control mindset; excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and changes.
• Drive schedules and identify risks to milestones.
• Review drawings for constructability and potential risks.
• Lead weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and report status.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and field teams.
