Job summary

Ironcore Construction is seeking a Multifamily Construction Project Manager in California to lead delivery of multifamily projects from planning through completion. You will partner with Project Executives, Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to drive budget, schedule, quality, safety, and overall success.

This hands-on leadership role requires ownership, accountability, and the ability to mentor teammates while maintaining strict safety and quality

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of construction project management experience, with multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of multifamily construction means, methods, sequencing, and project delivery.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management for multifamily construction projects.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change management.
• Drive project schedules and identify risks to milestones.
• Review drawings for constructability and coordination.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Lead weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and communicate project status.
