Job summary

Ironcore Construction seeks a Multifamily Construction Superintendent to lead the delivery of ground-up multifamily projects in California. You will partner with executives, superintendents, architects, and trades to drive budget, schedule, safety, and quality.

You will own field operations, mentor junior teams, and maintain rigorous site discipline, documentation, and cost control. A strong leadership mindset and California licensing are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of superintendent experience in multifamily construction.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of wood-frame and podium-style construction.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Drive schedule and proactively identify and resolve delays.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Ensure work conforms to plans, specs, and applicable codes.
• Lead safety meetings and maintain quality and cleanliness on site.
• Manage field records, RFIs, and change orders.
