Job summary

Ironcore Construction is seeking a Multifamily Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from planning to completion in California. You will partner with executives, superintendents, and architects to manage budget, schedule, quality, and safety, while driving ownership and accountability on the job.

The role emphasizes leadership, robust budgeting, and proactive problem solving in a fast‑paced environment with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of construction project management experience, preferably multifamily.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of multifamily projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and control budgets, forecasts, and change management.
• Drive schedules and identify risks to milestones.
• Review drawings for constructability and coordination.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and documentation.
• Lead weekly OAC meetings and report status, budget, and priorities.
