Job summary

Ironcore Construction is seeking a Multifamily Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of multifamily projects from planning through completion in California. You will partner with executives, superintendents, owners, architects, and subcontractors to drive budget, schedule, quality, and safety, ensuring project success and ownership.

This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative, accountability, and a track record of delivering complex multifamily developments.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of construction project management experience, with multifamily experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent construction experience considered.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management for multifamily projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls and change management.
• Drive schedules, identify risks to milestones, and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Review drawings for constructability and coordination to mitigate risks.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project documentation.
• Lead weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and report status to stakeholders.
