Job summary

Ironcore Construction in the United States seeks a Multifamily Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with executives, superintendents, owners, architects, and subcontractors to drive budget, schedule, quality, and safety.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects moving forward and deliver communities that meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience.
• Strong understanding of multifamily construction methods and sequencing.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, procurement and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of multifamily projects.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, cost controls and change management.
• Drive schedules and identify risks to milestones.
• Review drawings for constructability and risks.
• Lead weekly OAC meetings and report status to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project team members.
