Ironcore Construction is seeking a Multifamily Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from planning through completion in California. You will partner with executives, superintendents, owners, and design professionals to drive budget, schedule, quality, safety, and overall project success.

This hands-on leadership role requires taking ownership, managing RFIs and change orders, and mentoring junior staff while promoting Ironcore’s commitment to safety and continuous

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of construction PM experience, multifamily preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Drive schedules and identify risks to milestones.
• Review drawings for constructability and risks.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.
• Lead weekly OAC meetings and communicate status clearly.
• Mentor Assistant PMs and uphold safety & quality standards.
