Qualifications

• Two or more years of outbound calling or lead generation experience.
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, scientific, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident telephone presence and comfort initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Strong listening and discovery skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls toward measurable goals.
• Strong research, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and explain their value clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective customers, target accounts, and relevant market opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce solutions and engage potential customers.
• Use email, LinkedIn, and other channels to support prospecting efforts.
• Identify decision-makers, influencers, and potential product users within target organizations.
• Build prospect lists based on industry, application, territory, and marketing campaigns.
• Tailor outreach to each prospect’s business needs, applications, and operational challenges.
• Generate qualified product demonstrations and appointments for outside sales representatives.
