Ashton North LLC in Connecticut is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify prospective customers, qualify inbound inquiries, and generate sales opportunities for the outside sales team. The role requires intense outbound calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, and research to connect with decision-makers and schedule product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate is persistent, curious about customer needs, and skilled at communication, organization, and follow-through.

Qualifications

2+ years in outbound calling or lead generation.
Experience in a technical or industrial B2B environment is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls.

Responsabilités

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research prospective customers, target accounts, and relevant market opportunities.
Outbound calls to introduce solutions and engage potential customers.
Use email, LinkedIn, and other channels to support prospecting efforts.
Identify decision-makers and potential product users within target organizations.
Build prospect lists based on industry, application, territory, and marketing campaigns.
Tailor outreach to each prospect’s business needs and challenges.
Generate qualified product demonstrations and appointments for outside sales representatives.
