Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound prospecting and qualification for our client’s inspection, microscopy, and measurement solutions. You’ll identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and schedule demonstrations for the outside sales team, with a focus on high-quality opportunities.

The role is on-site in a manufacturing/industrial context, requiring strong communication and persistent follow-up to build a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in outbound calling or lead generation or related role.
• Experience in technical/manufacturing/B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confident telephone presence and ability to engage new prospects.
• Strong listening and discovery skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and meet goals.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and explain their value.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective customers and target accounts.
