You will drive outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to reach decision-makers, schedule product demonstrations, and generate qualified opportunities. This on-site role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and time-management to support sustained sales growth.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, inside sales, or a related role.
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, scientific, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident telephone presence and comfort initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Strong listening and discovery skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and work toward measurable goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and target accounts; generate new opportunities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and qualify potential customers.
