Job summary

Essenti Talent in Connecticut seeks a Lead Generation Specialist to identify prospective customers, qualify inquiries, and create sales opportunities for the outside team. You will conduct outbound calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up to schedule demonstrations and appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in outbound calling or lead generation.
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confident phone presence and prospecting.
• Strong listening and discovery skills.
• Ability to manage high outbound call volume toward goals.
• Strong research, organization, and time-management.
• Ability to learn technical products and explain value.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective customers and target accounts.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce solutions.
• Use email, LinkedIn, and other channels to support prospecting.
• Identify decision-makers and product users within target organizations.
• Build prospect lists based on industry, territory and campaigns.
• Tailor outreach to each prospect’s business needs.
• Generate qualified product demonstrations and appointments.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow-up with prospects.
• Schedule demonstrations with field sales.
• Maintain CRM records in Salesforce with accurate data.
