Talent Solutions Partners seeks a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify prospective customers, qualify inquiries, and create sales opportunities for the outside sales team. You will engage through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and research to schedule product demonstrations and appointments.

The ideal candidate is confident initiating conversations, curious about customer needs, and persistent in developing opportunities with strong communication and follow-through.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, scientific, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research prospect customers, target accounts, and market opportunities; conduct high-volume outbound calls; use email, LinkedIn and other channels; identify decision-makers; build prospect lists; tailor outreach; generate qualified product demonstrations and appointments.
