Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of outbound calling or lead generation experience.
• Experience in a technical, industrial, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and ability to initiate conversations with new prospects.
• Strong listening and discovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospect accounts and generate sales opportunities for outside sales.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound inquiries and schedule product demonstrations.
• Maintain CRM records and document next steps for opportunities.
• Develop targeted prospect lists and tailor outreach to needs.
