Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify prospective customers, qualify inquiries, and generate sales opportunities for the outside sales team. Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound calling or lead generation (B2B preferred).
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, scientific, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident telephone presence and ability to initiate conversations with new prospects.
• Strong listening and discovery skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and work toward measurable goals.
• Strong research, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation: research prospective customers and target accounts.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce solutions and engage potential customers.
• Use email, LinkedIn, and other channels to support prospecting efforts.
• Identify decision-makers and potential product users within target organizations.
• Build prospect lists based on industry, application, territory, and campaigns.
• Tailor outreach to each prospect’s business needs and challenges.
• Generate qualified demonstrations and appointments for outside sales.
