Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify prospective customers and qualify inbound inquiries for an outside sales team in Connecticut. The role emphasizes outbound calling, email outreach, social channels, and research to schedule demonstrations and appointments.

The ideal candidate will be confident initiating conversations, curious about customer needs, and persistent in developing opportunities.

Competenze

• Two or more years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, scientific, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident telephone presence and comfort initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Strong listening and discovery skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and work toward measurable goals.
• Strong research, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and explain their value clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
