Job summary

NewCold is seeking an IT - WMS Super User to manage on-site IT and WMS functions, ensuring services align with customer requirements within budget. You will become the on-site expert, coordinating with Davanti and other suppliers, and training staff during onboarding and updates.

The role requires 5+ years in cold storage IT/WMS, hands-on hardware and software maintenance, and proven leadership in cross-cultural teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cold storage IT and WMS experience.
• Lead training and team initiatives in cross-cultural environments.
• On-site role with no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT and WMS on site to meet customer requirements within budget.
• Monitor IT hardware and perform updates with care.
• Train staff during onboarding and after updates.
• Engage the Davanti WMS supplier to ensure system reliability.
• Control IT-related expenditures and report as required.
