Job summary

NewCold is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance and sanitation teams at our rapid-growth warehouse. You will oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and compliance with technical requirements to keep the facility operating at peak efficiency.

The role requires 8–10+ years in maintenance, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of automated systems, PLCs, and electrical/mechanical disciplines. Growth opportunities exist in a dynamic, global company.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of maintenance experience.
1-2 years of team lead or supervision experience.
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of automated machinery.
Electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical knowledge.
Knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens).

Responsibilities

Supervise on-site maintenance and sanitation teams and ensure service aligns with technical requirements.
Undertake preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
Lead maintenance tasks within budgeted guidelines and meet KPIs.
Develop and execute maintenance plans with safety as a priority.
Coordinate with suppliers/contractors for training and uptime optimization.
Report on-site activities and collaborate with Site Manager on improvements.
Maintain understanding of equipment contracts and ongoing staff development.
