Based in Van Buren Township, MI, this role requires travel and occasional overnight stays; relocation may be necessary for some candidates. Detroit training may be required for 4–6 weeks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience in a Windows environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
• Experience documenting work in a ticketing system.
• Willingness to travel out of state and stay overnight.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Windows 11 support—Tier 1/2 troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Hardware/software deployment of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Onboarding/workstation setup for new hires.
• Support the adoption of new technologies and pilot deployments.
• Assist with basic network setup and VPN configurations.
• Research and recommend IT hardware/software to improve efficiency and security.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance on tech tools.
