Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical training or experience.
• 3+ years in IT support for Windows environments via phone and remote tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
• Experience documenting work in a ticketing system.
• Ability to travel out of state and stay overnight as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and learn new skills quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 Windows 11 support and user assistance.
• Deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals per IT policies.
• Set up workstations for new hires and ensure day-one readiness.
• Support new technologies and pilot deployments.
• Assist with basic network setup and VPN access.
• Research hardware/software to improve efficiency and security.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance to boost productivity.
