Job summary

IC Solutions, a TKC Holdings subsidiary, seeks an On‑Site Technician to interface with facility systems, managing inmate inquiries and repairing telephone sets. You’ll provide weekly status updates and coordinate site visits within correctional facilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and 3+ years in a high‑tech environment with hardware, software and networking skills. Overtime and night shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inmate inquiries (grievances), complaints and responses.
• Repair or replace broken telephone sets and provide status updates.
• Coordinate site visits and material delivery through facility security.
• Create trouble tickets and track repair/equipment requests.
• Assist facility personnel with reporting needs and basic training.
