Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. seeks a Telecom Technician to serve as the primary interface for facility system inquiries, tracking inmate inquiries, complaints and responses.

The role repairs or replaces broken telephone sets and provides a weekly update of the phone system status. You will assist with reporting needs, coordinate site visits and material deliveries, and create trouble tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• 3+ years in a high-tech environment with hardware, software and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inmate inquiries (grievances), complaints and responses.
• Add and maintain PIN number investigations.
• Assist facility investigative personnel with reporting needs and tasks.
• Coordinate planned site visits and materials delivery through security.
• Report generation for facility requirements and for training new personnel.
• Provide weekly updates of phone system status and repairs.
