The position involves coordinating site visits, generating reports, and assisting security and investigative staff. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service experience, and 3+ years in a high-tech environment focusing on hardware, software, and networking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• 3+ years in a high-tech environment focusing on computer hardware, software, and networking.
• May require overtime and non-standard schedules, including evenings or nights.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inmate inquiries, grievances, complaints, and responses.
• Add and maintain PIN investigations.
• Assist facility investigative personnel with reporting needs and tasks.
• Coordinate planned site visits and material deliveries through security.
• Generate reports to meet facility requirements; assist with training.
• Provide weekly updates on phone system status and repairs.
• Repair or replace broken telephone sets; troubleshoot with tech support.
• Create trouble tickets and track repair/equipment requests.
• Maintain inventory of tablet/onsite equipment and ensure timely resolutions.
