Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and 3+ years in a high-tech environment with hardware, software and networking skills. Overtime and non-standard shifts may occur.

Qualifications

• Overtime or non-standard schedules may be required.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inmate inquiries and responses.
• Repair or replace broken telephone sets and manage phone system status.
• Provide weekly updates on system status and repairs.
• Assist facility personnel with reporting and system troubleshooting.
• Create trouble tickets and track equipment requests.
• Maintain tablet/onsite equipment inventory and coordinate deliveries.
