100% Onsite Role

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of desktop and end‑user support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android, iPad) and working with carriers
• Familiarity with MDM solutions, ideally Intune
• Knowledge of Active Directory user management and group security
• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, IP subnetting, and OSI model
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook/Exchange, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
• Ability to support network printers and copiers
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Cisco WebEx Calling, Cisco AnyConnect VPN
• Knowledge of Entra/Intune MDM environments
• Experience supporting conference room setup and audiovisual equipment
• Ability to generate purchase requisitions and manage IT inventory

Preferred Education and Experience:

• An Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of professional desktop and technical support in a large organization (over 250 users)

Other Requirements:

• Ability to support and configure mobile devices, including working with carriers
• Willingness to support corporate meetings and conference setups as needed
• Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and documentation
• Ability to perform additional duties as assigned by management
